Deteriorating Spirit of Celebrating Eidul-ftr

Every year, I always looking forward to celebrating Eidul-fitr. The anticipation of waiting for Eidul-fitr is really fun. I feel like something great will likely to happen soon and it usually can ease my worries and take my minds off from work.
When I think of raya, I cannot stop thinking about the arrival of holidays. My goodness you should look at my face when holidays just popped into my mind.
That lingering idiotic smile.
I just love holidays.
But, this year I don't know why raya is a little bit gloomy. Is it just me or does anyone else feel the way I do?
Every house that I visited during raya was not really in a festive mood. Gst effect I presume?
